A1 gp this week moves to Brno,Czech Republic for round 2 of A1 gp,2008.
The Circuit is said to be bumpy and has a lot of tyre issue as graining is a big concern in this circuit. The setup of the car is also a matter of concern as car seems to slides around a lot giving a hint of Understeer and also not to forget that the circuit was a bit slippery. But still at last those who are born champions came out with flying colours.
South Africa’s Adrian Zaugg took pole for Sprint race followed by Newzeland’s Johnny Reid and Great Britain’s Robby Kerr. While Team Netherland’s Jereon Bleekemolen who qualified well in 5th in Sprint Q1 failed to capitalise in Sprint Q2 as his car spun off in the last corner but he came back strong to take pole for Feature race followed by Adrian Zaugg of South Africa in 2nd position and “Mr.Consistent” Robby Kerr of Great Britain in third for sunday’s race.
India’s Narain Karthikeyan qualified 12th & 11th for sprint & feature race respectively.
